Meet Blue Tree Studios
Blue Tree Studios is a boutique photography studio located in Port Melbourne, only 3 kms from Melbourne’s CBD. Featuring a 2000sq/ft shooting area with a full cyclorama, natural light options, ground floor roller door access, full heating and cooling, wifi internet, 4m ceilings, kitchen facilities and great parking. In short, we’re a great space for shooting with no breaks for car reshuffles, no freezing models or melting product, no lugging gear up lifts or stairs, you get the picture. Run by experienced photographers Joseph Feil and Saville Coble, the studio is home to a core of 3-4 photographers with an additional couple of desks utilised by other creatives. The office space is separate from the studio space, so privacy during shoots is guaranteed. It’s a fun, modern space where we have created an easygoing, professional atmosphere.
Blue Tree is also about nurturing young talent. We’ve been involved in the ACMP Trampoline emerging photographer program for a number of years now and are keen to make Blue Tree a hub for great emerging photographers. If you’re an emerging photographer, get in touch, we’d love you to spend some time with us. We’re hoping to make a desk / studio position available for a talented emerging photographer every 6 months.
